Testimonial
Pretty cool to get an email like this:
...the coffee arrived, and I don't know what magic dust you sprinkle in your espresso blend, but WOW that stuff is amazing. Thanks SO much for the free sample, and even though I use a moka pot to brew it, I honestly got flavors that I haven't had since our trip to Italy. The complex flavors that came out of that roast are superb.
On the other side, the Mexico roast that I ordered is just what the Dr. asked for. I definitely dig a LOT and think that I will be purchasing more of that in the future. I tend to make "normal" coffee in my French Press, and the smells that came from my first pot of this brought a smile to my face.

TMI
The series of tubes commonly known as the internets [sic] has too much junk food in it. Of late, I've gotten sucked into a number of blogs and the dreaded Facebook, not to mention LinkedIn and other time wasters.
This and the act of actually starting a business, raising kids and squeezing in the occasional bike ride has me yearning for more time. Oh and then there's my day job... ugh.
Things are moving, highlights include:
This and the act of actually starting a business, raising kids and squeezing in the occasional bike ride has me yearning for more time. Oh and then there's my day job... ugh.
Things are moving, highlights include:
- The eCommerce site is up www.trailheadcoffeeroasters.com
- Production is in place and roast profiles are looking good
- First few recurring orders are trickling in... tiny at this point but tiny is more than nothing ;^)
- I have a consultant/guide who is taking me on pro bono to get my business to success. This is huge and amazingly lucky.
- Decaf will become available when the new crop of Cafe Femenino comes in probably in May.
- Branding is nearly complete and we'll be ready to really pound the streets for business

Tastes great with eggs
Seems the blog algorithm thinks my blog comes in a blue can. I am here to announce that my products will be 100% spam free. In fact, we're organic, sustainable and we're doing great things for the coffee farmers at origin. Check out http://www.cafefemenino.com/ to learn more.
Thanks,
Charlie
